The contract between HQAlign Ltd and the organisation using the Platform. Covers what the Service is, how it is provided, fees, liability, termination, and governing law. Customer accepts these by using the Platform.

HQAlign Ltd is a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15815964. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, UK.
HQAlign Ltd was previously incorporated as KanbanGenie Limited, and the Platform was previously made available under the name TaskVal at taskval.com. The change of name was registered at Companies House on 5th May 2026. We are the same legal entity, with the same company number and registered address as before.
